Sad Swan

This is a swan who should collect a disability check; Because he has a very short neck. It is not at all shaped like an "S"; It is just a short, straight line; I must confess. He really feels like a tot; For, he isn't happy with what he's got. He wants to have neck surgery; That would just fill him with glee. So, he goes to see the vet; And, looks at all of the rest of the pets. They all have problems that are much worse; And, they don't have enough money in their purses. So, the swan realized that, with his neck, he should be a grinner; Because he feels much like a winner. There are many things that are better; Than having a neck shaped like the "S" letter. Today, a lesson for him has been learned slowly and steadily; Now, he can accept his short neck readily!
