It will make you feel peppy and bring your energy back.

It will be yummy and make make you feel better if you feel sick.
When you feel down, take a little nap;
You may dream of a treasure map!
When you feel down, do something that gives you pleasure;
Think about finding the golden treasure!
When you feel down, listen to your favorite tune;
In the daytime when it's sunny, or in the evening under the moon!
