Yet More Patience Lessons, by jwhwz Subscribe to rss feed for jwhwz

Today, I bought a new computer;
From the looks of it; I slightly need a tutor.
Because I need a box to connect me to the internet;
Oh, how complicated I hope this doesn't get.
My man eventually figured out what was missing;
And boy, off me, it's really pissing.
But, for now, I will just continue writing;
So with my man; I won't be fighting.
For, he wanted to trade monitors with me;
So that better, his stupid video games, he could see.
But, I am a bit more sophisticated;
This is an argument that cannot be debated.
Although, we each have our cute, but expensive, hobbies;
I was the one who grew up snobby.
I am a strange balance of barely affording what I want;
But, I don't care because more purchases I want will taunt.
But, luckily, writing poetry is free;
However, a computer like mine doesn't grow on a tree.
So, again, I must hold my horses;
And endure the "Something Always Goes Wrong" forces.
Yes, I do need more patience lessons;
Instead of dealing with all of my problems with negative
aggression.
So, again, I must wait and wait;
I must stay calm, because this is not a subject of debate.
But, at least with the original computer, I can post;
So that, on my poetry websites, I do not become a ghost!
