A Girl Meets a Man - Part 2, by Unintended Subscribe to rss feed for Unintended

Yesterday, there was a man
Who strolled in from a land
Unfamiliar and he smiled
Like sincerity, this time

Shy, sweet and unplanned
Not a boy but a man,
Voicing his opinion sheepishly
Of who he can be for me

Slightly surprised and unsure,
My heart's still on the floor
An old face haunts me still
And takes away this little thrill

Needing the past to evade me
Ghosts must set me free,
So I can discover promise
Without that man to miss
