a ghost, by eleanor maslen Subscribe to rss feed for eleanor maslen

The little girl sat alone and looked around her home.
she didnt understand, why mummy left her alone.

the walls were bare and empty, the floor was ice cold
there was a sign outside the door, this house had been
sold.

was she part of the deal? a freebe thrown in?
was her new mummy coming? the house was pretty dim

she jumped onto her feet when she heard the door
then she remembered the pain, her head felt reallt sore.

she walked to the mirror and saw her face, she screamed.
this had to be a nightmare just another dream

Her skin was white her lips were blue her eyes really dark
then the meomry come back, a burning, lighting spark,

mummy had hit her and pushed her to the floor
then she left her bleeding and walk out of the door.

Then she heard the screams, and the shouting too
she run into the kitchen and on the floor.......

Was YOU.
