God., by eleanor maslen Subscribe to rss feed for eleanor maslen

I knew at this day would at some point come.
And i thought back then id want to run.

I always thought id leave this world
as a child an infant, a young-ish girl

By my own hand id end the pain
their tears would fall like acid rain.

they would visit me at my resting place
and remember foundly of my face

But i guess god saw the fear inside
and he sent me an angel whom abides

To gods wish, and his alone
to keep me safe while in gods home

when you smile and look to me
i know gods here, he lets me see

so thanks a bunch for being a friend
and i promise my life i will not end.
