Choked emotions
Unfurl with intensity
To awaken the 
cry of my
confused soul, 
a deep sigh 
of invitation
to this universe.
To seek or
pave the way
with enlightened clarity 
Of truths unspoken
Of new horizons
Of endurance and compassion
For myself and this world
A renewal
Of mind
And if possible
Of the body.
I am a man misplaced
By events and time.
Withstanding the old
As landmarks of
my journey
A process of completion
As a man
From the womb 
To my tomb.
