If i were to fade
fade far from this dream
would i awake from my slumber
or would i fall down and under?
if i were to dream
that life as it is isn't what it seems
would i stay awake forever
or might i die from this endeavor?
If life as it is
wasn't what it should be,
If dreams as they are
aren't what they seem,
If the life that i live
could be something more,
then why as i am
is nothing like it should?
