Hear This, Feel me in it., by Brianna_Wernham Subscribe to rss feed for Brianna_Wernham

I could feel my heart beat as I laid down in the dark.
Can you hear it now?
Can you feel me now?
You would see me breathe calmly as the smoke dissolved in
the air,
Incense everywhere.

When did I become so deep?
When did it all became the air I breathed?
When did I realize I was home?

Did we make ourselves damned from the start?
Oh a new moon was coming
We were trying to find our way.
I tried to find another way in the stars,
But suddenly all the roads led to you.
Ironically, the stars were no where to be found
When we broke.
We broke our own fate.
What was already drawn in the sand.

Old poems, a new beginning each time.
Send up a prayer for a road to be found.
You made my heart sing without a sound.
Words couldn't express the good or the bad.

But woah, look at where I'm at.
I died when I saw the moon with a tint of red,
Time to face the facts.
I'm no broken heart
I was screaming to be heard.
But now whatever goes, goes.

Now my oh my, you were the best of what I had.
But even the most valued treasure, ages.
Now I gotta find my little piece of heaven.
And it's somewhere between the smile I have, who I've
become, and where it all falls and leads me to.

Keep quiet darling,
You don't understand.
This is more than amends.
Seeing you, is like breathing.
I don't stumble.
My how have you changed.
And that charm of yours,
Your hook,
Stay beautiful,
But I don't stumble,
Cause I am not falling anymore.

Can you hear it now?
Do you feel me now?
