Time spent in sorrowed heartbreak
The sands of time they pass
Grief not lost but compounded
To lose a soul so close
Bewilders and defies
No logic found with time
Now he is grown in spirit
Angel wings he holds
Protection duty chosen
A mother’s tears of plenty
Lost in painful vacuum
No consoling words
She feels grief and panic
The vacuum of the dead
Her silent vigil
No others can replace him
He dominates her loss
Questions all around her

Although all this is said
She knows he rests in peace
In happy wings of Godness
No harm or mistrust he feels
He smiles with angel kindness
He claims forever peace
He vibrates at higher octaves
Surrounded by his clan
In central stillness sunlight
This inspires her loss
To think of nourished strength
