When that feeling comes running down your heart
You breathe it in and let it go
But deep inside you know you wanna get done with it 
You wait for something or someone to get you out of this
mess 
Nobody seems too care because they don't read minds

You need to open up
If you need help,you have to ask for it
You don't have to feel bad about yourself 
Or be ashamed of anything
Just come right out and say it

You got nothing to loose
They say 'life is what you make it so make it rock'
Don't care about what people would think
You have just one life to live 
So what'cha waiting for?Make that move and 'shake it
