Lifes Journey

As we go through lifes journey
With our wheels a turning
We need to look around
With a smile not a frown
Think about what God done
He gave his only begotten Son
For each and everyone of us
So in God we should trust
He's your best friend
And will be till the end
We may take a wrong turn
But that's what helps us learn
We don't need to live in the past
We need to live everyday as if it were our last
With our Lord by our side
We can take our daily walk with pride
I'm very proud of this life I live
Because I have something that man can't give
I fill so good inside
That all I want to do is cry
When you fill down and out
Just look to heaven and shout
Dear God I give you it all
Because I know you'll be there when I fall
Dear Lord without you
My life would be so blue
So thank you Lord
For taking me abord
