Let the world Burn, by eustace_vertigo Subscribe to rss feed for eustace_vertigo

Let the world burn
As it turns on its heels
Waiting on symphonies
To convince him he's real.

Counting to ten
Solving a reference
From God and beyond
The whole of his revelry.

Be true and be honest
No compromise on bliss
Because each page of
Your soliloquy is read in a heartbeat

Fear from tears,
Is simple Sam's grasp.
Teacher this creature
to humble his fears
Without piercing ears
Or stepping on toes

Comb your hair on a Tuesday
And sail off in envy
Cast out your demons
Without distilling your envoy

Necessary is evil
To be anxious of boredom
Don't simper or whimper
when the next passenger is tranquil.

Weathered by daughters
Who trespass the ego
You'll make the sign of the cross
Which will splinter in ergo.

Madness has been damaged.
Things will never be the same.
Pills and alcohol
Used to fuse the curtail.

Daybreaks and mailmen
Fat thighs and a sermon
Listed are the fisty cuffs
In the distillery of bourbon.

Tomorrow I am useful
Without quarrel and my stencil
Reaping in the benefits
A jester swimming animal.

Far from flying kites,
That butcher jet stream blues.
Tired eyes don't navigate
The snowy mountain news

Be quick whilst I think
If my gambit was rhetoric
Written down on pavements,
The melancholly was historic.

Boasting about your sanity
Is all you may have left
So thank yourself for everything
Before you retire west
