What I Want

I want people to remember me Not just for the way I act But for the things I do The things I did And the things I would never do. I want to be written in the history books Because of all the great things I have said The things I will say Not for the things I did not mean to say I want people to sing about me They will sing about the things I have seen The things I want to see And things no one else can see I do not want people to judge me For the things did or the things I will do For the things I said For the things I have seen I want the people who matter to me To love me for the life I lived.
