Tears of the Universe The very first rain, like the tears of the universe, they do not know if they’re for joy or sorrow. Lonely in flight, they meet at common destiny, and form that noble body we call Ocean. Still, perfectly still, it has no reason or motive, so it waits… The very first Winds, like the breath of a newborn, pure zeal-it lives for life, constantly curling, twirling, whooshing through the air! Searching for some greater paradise, the epitome of itself. Wind and Ocean bond by chance, and, gently, Wind brings Ocean home. Listen to it breathe, whispering, swishing onto the soft shores of Land, and again…and again…and now-she has rhythm. Land is young and angstful. Alone- he looks out above Ocean and under Wind, to where they marry; Forever in sight, always out of reach, a place of untouched, distant beauty; a wall of rich sunburst, painted with the colours of most magnificent, full emotion. Land weeps…
