~Pool of Colors~, by DarkSperavi Subscribe to rss feed for DarkSperavi

Swirls dancing at my feet
All the colors blending
They merge together
Making a reflective pool of colors
I run towards it
Hoping to see my reflection
When I look down what I see is not me
I see the future
Through this pool of colors
My own reflection is woven within
But hidden deep in the swirls
The future of others lives
Leaves the future of my own in disarray
The meetings and goings
It all confuses me
I turn away but behind me
Is not what had been there before
Nothing in fact was there
I try to scream
The white emptiness swallows up my shriek
I am slowly being erased
I know screaming wont help so I give in
The elimination of my existence was finished
The sketchbook closed
The artist was displeased with his work

This is really good. Eerie, yet enticing.
