Turn Around, by Invisible Poet Subscribe to rss feed for Invisible Poet

i see you walking away
the rain dripping down my face
cannot believe the words i say
of rain clouds there are no trace

turn around, look into my eyes
look into the torrent of fear, confusion, and happiness
look through my pathetic excuse of disguise
look into my eyes, lose yourself within the coolness

let your feelings go
you are a girl not meant to be caged
if you asked to hell i would follow
i would reason with the deranged

Turn around, lose control of your thoughts
forget the world, the pain, the consequences
forget the caniving world, and its many plots
we are a pair seperated by see through fences

Turn around, let your heart beat against my chest
lose control, let your tears come down
your feelings i do not wish to contest
I only wish you would, Turn around
