King Toad, by Trenton Rumsey Subscribe to rss feed for Trenton Rumsey

Your trying to be a King,
when your merely a Toad,
stuck in a ring of a self loathing road,

Thinking of the Love for which time has small space,
stinging from desire, unconsciously burned in all face,
this insincerity towards others deserves no time,
for your self realization is the purpose for this rhyme,

For changes to favor, you will have to savor,
from your tongue must be spoken a new kind of flavor,
instead of flies from your mouth, such a Toad spewing
poisons,
try selecting Considerate Morphemes Betterment Choison,

Then a Prince you will turn with Queen by your side,
never forget your Knight, that sent you his stride,
For a King without his Knight, again his kingdom will
crumble,
back to the road of self loathing stumble....
