Air, by Ryan Marriott Subscribe to rss feed for Ryan Marriott

Curling fingers through this 40 mph night
Fresh thoughts contort this teenage life
Emerald green , blue and those haunting eyes all mix
Thinking of this all I feel is air

For the first time I’m still, in this peaceful breeze
The grunt of engines and words don’t fall on my ears
There’s no pain as my hand combines with the trees
Although your talking all I can hear is air

Its 10 years soon , September will start
And even though my heart will crash and sink
Sprawled out in the suns new glare
I know your around , your whispering , watching , gliding
Your always with me ..... In the air
