lookin back over the years i see many things i hate.
i don't regret...never regret...only hate.
my tears are shed, time to move on.
the time for tears ends, crying only temporarily helps.
it only holds you back.
shed your tears, get on with your life.
regret is useless. you can't change what happened.
accept it and learn from your past.
