Tears Roll Off Her Cheeks, by LittleMissMillie! Subscribe to rss feed for LittleMissMillie!

Tears roll off her cheeks
As rain trails down the window
Her room is where she hides now
Where she prays she wasn’t so weak

Too many times she’s been this way
Shattered, cold, and alone
His harsh words still echo cold
Memories of when he walked away

She’s broken now and giving up
Never finding what she seeks
She only knows one way to end the pain
And prove she’s had enough

Warm blood is such a contrast
To her cold and pale skin
Her wounds drip blood and memories
Of star-crossed love that couldn’t last

As she feels her sorrow start to drain
Her memories start to fade
And wash away like tears in an ocean

By the time her family comes to her aid
There’s nothing they could do
They couldn’t save her from herself
Besides who would want to save this broken girl
Her sanity was frayed
