Darkness, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

Hello there Darkness,
haven't seen you in a while.
Why must you visit
when I've just learnt to smile?
These are the pieces,
old fractures broken
and these are the wounds,
bitter words spoken.
And I am the outcast,
yes, I am that one
and I'm stuck on repeat;
I keep coming undone.
Fixed and then broken,
fine and then falling.
Trying to restart but
I just keep on stalling.
These things, they surround me,
they turn into hate
and you seem to enjoy
watching me suffocate.
I hope you are satisfied,
you fooled me with your stealth.
There's no recalling
those words
from that mouth.
