PATH OF RED AND GREY, by x-X-x-take my heart-x-X-x Subscribe to rss feed for x-X-x-take my heart-x-X-x

A stone of relief
Skipped upon the puddle of despair
An easy offer
A bargain to be had
A price to be paid
Till your dying day
Sell your soul
Where angels creep
In the darkness
You must weep
Cry a tear
Slice your vein
Watch the blood
Red and grey
A slight darkness
Coming down
A small space
Where you hide
The devils knocking
Be aware
Don’t open the door
Take much care
Proceed down the lane
Feeling great pain
A trail of red
Around the corner is salvation
Stay for and hour
Stay for a day
Laugh
Giggle and play
The angels beckon
As the devil calls
Chose your path
No turning back
Bestow your trust
Believe in all
Hide in the light
Not in the dark
Red and grey
Dripping down
A patient smile
In the mirror
A noise is heard
But no replies
Prey for you life
Landing on your knees
Swear your soul
Give your heart
Stay in truth
Give yourself
Believe that there a better life than this
