I lay dreaming , by Morgan Chapman Subscribe to rss feed for Morgan Chapman

Sunshine beams through the window
I lay dreaming
Reality brutal compared to the endless clouds of sleep
Stretching each limb in cat-like comfort and grace
The weather today does not mirror
my life
Skies so clear and blue
Insides dark and stormy

I really enjoy reading your poems. I have felt this way at times.
