Man's Best Friend, by J-Hood Subscribe to rss feed for J-Hood

They call me man's best friend and now you know why
It's because were not so differnt you an i
What'd you think it's not the same
Your restricted to, i'm just tied to a chain
You want to run you want to be free
But your confined to a yard just like me
Being fed meals not in bowls but on trays
Nothing to look forward to but the changing of days
Hoping one day to finally be free
You from a prison and me from this tree
Yeah they may tell me when to sit, lay, and speak
But you they tell when to shit, shower , and sleep
We both wear tags on our collars
And we both have to listen when the bastards holler
If i dont listen i get hit with a paper
You act up and get shot with a taser
I may have four legs and you only two
But were not so differnt me an you
