Dignity, by Anna Lorena Subscribe to rss feed for Anna Lorena

Fly away out from here
Fly from danger
Fly from fear
But never forget
To keep your dignity

There’s no shame in running
To stay alive
Longtime coming
Till you come home
With your dignity

No one can tell you
How to feel
How to view
This world you’re in
And your dignity

Cry when you have to
Dream you must
Miles behind you
Walked many long paths
Never losing dignity

Hold your head high
Stand yet strong
Strength cannot die
While hope you have
And your dignity

The one thing they cannot
Take from you:
Your dignity
