Death, I fear thee not!, by Anna Lorena Subscribe to rss feed for Anna Lorena

I fear thee not, Death
For thou hast not the power to harm
Those who refuse to acknowledge thy sting.

I dare thee, Death
To try and frighten my from my stance
And I know thou wilt find that task difficult to do.

Death, I hear thee not!
I see thee about, but thy lurking cannot take me
For thou art powerless ‘gainst those who find the naught.

Take thy calling far from me,
My Saviour hast defeated thee
And thou wilt not live again.
