Love's Embrace, by BrwnEyes Subscribe to rss feed for BrwnEyes

He stands behind me,
Softly breathing, warming my cheek,
Arms holding me tight, and I don’t fight
My knees are becoming, oh so weak.

Perfect is this embrace,
Of passion and grace
Seeping through our veins,
Bringing a smile to my face.

Gone is our apprehension,
Determination fills its place.
Knowing that our love,
Goes beyond time and space.

I turn in your arms,
Locking our eyes.
Your gaze burns into me,
Making me feel alive.

I hear your voice rumble through me,
Never hearing in my life,
Such beautiful words spoken as,
“Love me my Wife.”
