A Girl I Knew, by itty bitty Subscribe to rss feed for itty bitty

There's a girl I know who's only 13 years old

She wonders many things but not a one can be told

Why she's not pretty and no one seems to like her

Overprotective Daddy never letting her out

She sits in her room waiting for someone

Someone who will never come to save her

She says she doesn't care anymore

Truth is, she never did

Never wondered, never thought that someone may have liked
her

Loved her, held her in his dreams

She never knew

Why you arrived early at her deathbed, why you cried

A suicide

She says she didn't care, she says she never did

Truth is, she never knew

Why she wasn't pretty and no one seemed to like her

She says she didn't care, she says she never knew, but now
she's dead

And it's all thanks to you
