This is a poem that I wrote a few years ago when I was going
through things.

I am going through the pain
nothing to gain only a heartache
no one to turn to and I don't have a clue who to talk to
so I just take a walk and decide to keep it inside because I
will just keep the emotions buried beneath and talk to no
one only to get worse is it worth it?  I don't know the
answers because I just don't know anymore what to do.
