You're Blind, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

Can you see these scars honey?
Can you?
Do you think that makes it all okay?
No, all you can see is your own pain,
Don't deny, don't lie,
Where it matters it's true,
In your heart,
You think it's nothing,
But a cry for attention,
A point to be made,
But you're wrong,
I'm sick of giving you leeway,
Treading so fucking carefully around you,
Not letting the floorboards creak,
But to you I'm 'inconsiderate',
You have no idea,
How can you be JEALOUS of ME?!
It's all you, you, YOU,
Look at YOU, look at YOUR pain,
Well I've been staring at your pain for the last three
years!
It's the only thing you let me have in my view,
So when the frame shifts,
You leer at me,
Because I'm the one with the 'perfect life',
You wouldn't understand,
Because you're so damn blinded by my mirage,
That you can't tell what's real anymore,
You don't even know,
It's all for appearances,
Can you see these scars honey?
Can you?
