Looking back
there's so much I would change
so many choices that cost a pricey wage
Looking back
I realize my age
and glance back at each previous page

Nothing can alter the days that are done
I've come to accept that life isn't always fun

Let's live this life
Let's live
Let's die knowing
We've done all our growing
And have no regrets
Let's live

I used to think
I was supposed to have a plan
and so from those random ideas I ran
I used to think
experimenting was bad
I turned down so many opportunities I had

Until one day I lost all structure
And ran wild knowing I'd soon hear lecture

Let's live this life
Let's live
Let's die knowing
We've done all our growing
And have no regrets
Let's live

I am not afraid anymore
There's no time to be scared
Take advantage of the things that are good
Because sometimes good things are rare

If you understand
that time flies by fast
maybe you'll start to live at last
If you understand
that worry is a waste
maybe you'll stop fretting in haste

I could leave now and end the pain
But I'd rather stay and play in the rain

Let's live this life
Let's live
Let's die knowing
We've done all our growing
And have no regrets
Let's live

It reads like a song... i wonder what it sounds like.
