A Falklandテ「竄ャ邃「s Paradise , by Robin Goodwin Subscribe to rss feed for Robin Goodwin

Big deep valleys the lush green grass
Away from the strongest of the winds.
Winding ditches the mountain ferns
With many wild life of different kinds.

Cleanest of water from hill side springs
Diddle Dee bogs to start your fire.
The view is fantastic down through the valley
These are the places I so desire.

The isolation from the industrial world
A place just to sit down and dream.
No one to call you on the mobile phone
This is gods own Country and so pristine.

You pitch your tent with that panoramic view
Bathe in the river that flows nearby.
A place to relax from all that stress
The world stands still and time don’t fly.

The wild life they come right up to you
To them you are not yet a threat.
They go about their daily life routine
Because man has not disturbed them yet.

Fish are splashing along the banks
Where nature here is still in control.
The upland goose , the singing meadow lark
The changing scenery when you take a stroll.

White stone runs like a landscape maze
From the hill tops to the valley floor.
The cleanest fresh air, the sky so blue
You wish you could stay here for evermore.
