Allow me to introduce you
To the grinding gears of "me"

What's brewing on the inside?
Sweet catastrophe!

I can spit out words
Of a motivational speaker

If you need an ear to bend
I shall be your receiver

I'm genuinely nice
And won't take you for granted

This is all truth
Just slightly slanted

Cuz what's brewing on the inside
Is for "me" to be

To NOT wear it
On my sleeve
Takes beautiful artistry

My composure remains intact
While I continuously fight my wars

Still don't understand?
Let me explain to you once more

What's brewing on the inside
Is just for "me" to see

But I must confess
A bittersweet mess

Is all I know to be

I can relate to this one really well! It sucks realizing that you live a double life sometimes... Great poem with excellent flow!
