Falling off the Face of the Earth, by Unlisted Subscribe to rss feed for Unlisted

I want to fall off the face of the earth she said.

Why I ask.

So I can fall into the sky.
Then I can feel free from the bondage on the earth.
Gravity is only a force crushing me and it hurts
So I go to crush everyone too
But I’m tired of that.
So I want to fall off the face of the earth she repeated.

Blankly I look at her.

She reaches to the sky, sighs, and puts her arms down.

What are you doing I ask.

Seeing if I can fall into the sky and off the earth
Fall into an atmosphere that can crush me
Disappear into the never ending
And not feel a thing she replies.

Blankly I look at her

Blankly she stares back at me.

I sigh

She sighs

Then I realize I am her.
