Scαrlε† Lεα†hεr, by ßižαrrεKi† Subscribe to rss feed for ßižαrrεKi†

She seared an image in my mind
that I cannot expunge.
My heart begins to race
with the right words.
Escaping.
Leaving me plain
& not worth a conversation.
A Complication.
I cannot figure it out.
It has been 3 years.
I have known
Scarlet Leather.
I. Am. Still.
Cemented roots within the Earth
& vines have crept within
the pockets of my frayed jeans.
Still I wonder if I could
treat her better.
That Scarlet Leather.
Seeming to not want to let me in.
I cannot be a friend.
