Blade of Sorrow, by \\~Ich Bin Mir~// Subscribe to rss feed for \\~Ich Bin Mir~//

Drown out the sorrow
Coming for your heart
Cut your self slowly
As the pain starts

You see the crimson liquid
Falling on the floor
Your mind tells you nothing
But your soul tells you more

You fall to the ground hugging you knees
Nobody knows what’s under those sleeves
The pain and stress is all you grieve
The voice inside is of desperate need

The silver blade is your only friend
It helps relieve the pain within
You have no friend, only one
The blade of sorrow is the desperate one

Revel in the sorrow/ for it hardens your heart/ walk to your memories oh so slowly/ make no sudden jumps or starts/ there are so many crimson liquid/ puddles on the floor/ you tell the world nothing/ you long to tell them more/ you remain bent, broken at the knees/ can't belive what is seen under sleeve/ at your pain you grieve/ the voice inside could be without need/ a blade is no friend/ its a pathway out for whats within/ you look for friend, blade is not one/ question yourself, who is desperate one Good piece of writing...
