I give you a poem
It is a message straight forward and true
It promises my thoughts
Like the blunt reality of a child's perception

It will tell of you, of me
Like a song
It will make your own perception of my person clearer
An example of what I feel for you

I am trying to be myself

Not a stranger or a friend

I give you my feelings
Its fierce reality will stay with you a while
Tenacious and honest
As we are
As long as we are

Take it.
It's telling of you and me, myself and my deep love
If you like,
Permanent
Its scent will cling to your memory
Cling to your heart.
