Forever a virtue, by ♥ Break The Tradition Subscribe to rss feed for <i><b> ♥ Break The Tradition

Jealousy is a virtue
So hold it close now dear
It turns you, holds you
Follows you, lures you
Into a hopeless web of lies

Wrap it around your pretty little troat
Turn those lips to blue
Screams held silent in the night
Forever will they haunt you

Pray for its quick end
The sights you see are forever engraved
Pray for the slightest change in fate
You alone can never be saved

Jealousy is my virtue
I hold it close now dear
It turns me, hurts me
Burns me, kills me
Turns my heart to black

Reach out for falling stars
They match your failing heart
Fire burns strong in eyes so blind
Take your arrow and find your mark

Kiss the necks of lovers you left
Weave yourself into their every thought
Pick them up, lead them on
Then leave their hearts alone to rot

You are forever a virtue
Hold your jealousy close now dear
You turn, you hurt
You break and you kill
Alone with your heart of blackened stone
