You look at me,
You see through my fake smile,
You see I’m not strong,
So you hold me for a while,
Suddenly I stop pretending,
And I become what I need to be,
I am vulnerable sometimes,
But you look after me,
I feel so safe lying in your arms,
I feel like something is going right,
And it doesn’t matter what pain today brings,
Because, you’ll hold me tonight.
