Some Know, by ♥ Break The Tradition Subscribe to rss feed for <i><b> ♥ Break The Tradition

some wonder why she walks alone
others know her story
some choose to wish her away
while others wish to worry

snow covered streets
frost bitten fingers
she sits on a park bench
the thoughts in her mind linger

some wonder why shes always alone
others know shes on her own
some wonder why shes so unkind
others are afraid of what they'll find

trees barren and cold
covered with blankets of snow
she keeps it hidden inside
her story she doesn't wish to be known

some wonder why shes always there
others know shes never near
some wonder why she never cries
others know the true reason why

few she lets in for trust is her concern
what they bring is nothing she wishes to earn
she keeps to herself and she likes it alone
no material values for her to own
joy she gets from simple things
a leaf on the street or a slight winters breeze

some know her story
but far to many are afraid to ask
some know her future
but none know her true past
